Thu, May 21

Love has a way of shaping how we see ourselves and others. This month, we will reflect on the love we’ve received, the love we give, and the love we desire to carry forward. Through stillness and creativity, we’ll explore what it means to be nurtured and to nurture. Come as you are!

Inhale Peace...Exahale Everything Else!
Take a sacred pause in the midst of life’s demands.
The Breathing Space is a faith-centered gathering designed to support emotional wellness, spiritual growth, and everyday faith through intentional connection and quiet moments of reflection.
Each session offers space to slow down, breathe, and simply be—whether through coloring, journaling, or meaningful conversation. You’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, judgment-free environment where you can connect more deeply with yourself, with God, and with other women—just as you are.
